At StallUp.Tech, we offer digital workflow systems through a one-time purchase model.
Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
You have not used or significantly activated the product (e.g., installed workflows, onboarded users, or generated live data).
The product was purchased directly from StallUp.Tech (not through third-party resellers).
Just to let you know, your request is made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

Include your order details and reason for the request.
We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method. No processing fees will be charged.
Refund Will Not Be Granted If
The product has been fully activated or used
Custom implementations, onboarding, or services were included
The 30-day window has passed
The purchase was part of a limited-time or non-refundable offer
Gifted Purchases
If you received StallUp.Tech as a gift:
Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer
We may issue credit to your account instead (case-by-case)
