At StallUp.Tech, we offer digital workflow systems through a one-time purchase model.

Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You have not used or significantly activated the product (e.g., installed workflows, onboarded users, or generated live data).

  • The product was purchased directly from StallUp.Tech (not through third-party resellers).

  • Just to let you know, your request is made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Include your order details and reason for the request.

We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method. No processing fees will be charged.

Refund Will Not Be Granted If
  • The product has been fully activated or used

  • Custom implementations, onboarding, or services were included

  • The 30-day window has passed

  • The purchase was part of a limited-time or non-refundable offer

Gifted Purchases

If you received StallUp.Tech as a gift:

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer

  • We may issue credit to your account instead (case-by-case)
